Architectural Designer (Contract) - Clairvaux, France


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative architectural solutions for our clients. You must have previous experience in the field and a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research materials, building techniques, and construction methods to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Attend site visits to assess progress and make any necessary revisions to designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The salary for this role is $1000 per month.
