You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of architects and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the work of architects and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop project plans and schedules, identifying key milestones and potential roadblocks
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
- Review architectural designs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress aligns with plans
- Communicate regularly with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Keep up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in architecture management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architecture or project management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time hours

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position will be 1500$ per month.
