Are you an experienced Senior Architect looking for a new opportunity in the beautiful city of Clairvaux? Our architecture firm is currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications for construction
- Supervise junior architects and support staff in completing project tasks
- Review and approve contractors' bids and proposals
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with design plans
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure projects meet industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, preferably as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Provided during the contract period
