Senior Architect in Clairvaux


We are in search of an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Manage project budget and timeline
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.
