We are in search of an experienced Fitter to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various components, machinery, and equipment according to blueprints and technical specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing existing equipment, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fitter in a similar role
- Knowledge of blueprints and technical specifications
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics to determine assembly procedures
- Assemble components accurately according to specifications using hand tools or machines such as grinders or drills
- Install machinery and equipment on-site or at client locations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
