IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to computer systems, hardware, and software within our company. You will be working in the city of Remish on a contract basis, without accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems
- Provide support to users in person, over the phone, or via remote access tools
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on computer systems
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and provide recommendations for improvement of existing systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network administration
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1500 per month.
