Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Remish. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train users on new software programs or applications as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with network set up and maintenance practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
or
Equivalent professional experience/certification
- Experience with biometric passport technology is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remish (open to nationalities)

Type: Contract position with potential for full-time employment
