Project Manager

A leading construction company in Remish is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with clients to determine project goals and expectations
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards
- Manage project documentation and report progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management or construction site supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Preference:
- Prior experience working on construction projects in Remish or similar cities
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with project management software
