Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on data analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
