Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Remish, Croatia. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades, including windows, doors, cladding, and other exterior elements. Your main goal will be to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the building's facade.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation for energy efficiency
- Perform regular maintenance checks on existing facades to identify any potential issues
- Replace damaged or worn-out facade elements
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure compliance with design plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, and composite panels
- Familiarity with construction blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 USD per month. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.
