We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Remish. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. You will also be responsible for conducting routine inspections and maintenance on the equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working condition
- Report any malfunctions or damage to the appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Knowledge of safety regulations for operating heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
