Preservation Architect



We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. This role requires strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Creating preservation plans and proposals
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to carry out preservation projects
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conducting research on historical architecture and restoration techniques
- Providing expert advice on preservation practices to clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will not be provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket for non-local candidates.
