We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all building codes and regulations.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting site visits, producing detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project success. You must have a strong understanding of construction materials and methods, as well as knowledge of sustainable design practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in both residential and commercial projects. A degree in Architecture or a related field is required. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation for out-of-town employees.
