Contract Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Contract Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet the needs and specifications of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial building projects
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
