Part-Time Senior Architect
As a part-time Senior Architect based in Remish, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects on a part-time basis. Your main duties will include developing project plans, creating 3D models and drawings, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also possess a creative mindset and be able to think outside the box when solving design challenges. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in the architecture field, with a focus on residential or commercial projects. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
