IT Manager for a Growing Tech Company in Wiltz, Luxembourg

As the IT Manager for our growing tech company in Wiltz, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position that comes with accommodation and the opportunity to obtain your own visa. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery protocols are in place
- Identify areas for improvement in our current systems and make recommendations for updates or changes
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for implementation
- Develop budget proposals for IT projects and manage expenses within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience developing and implementing IT strategies
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
