Computer Support Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, networks, and software applications. They should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot system and network issues
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Maintain records of system updates, upgrades, and maintenance
- Train users on new systems or software as needed
- Monitor network performance and security
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month.

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
