Computer Support Specialist - Part Time (Wiltz, Luxembourg)


As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers for computer systems, hardware, and software. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and solve technical issues through various channels, including phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions. You must have experience in troubleshooting computer problems and excellent customer service skills. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computer systems, hardware, and software
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote communication tools or in-person interactions
- Install and configure computer systems and applications according to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to identify common issues and share solutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and products related to computer support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software installation procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and critically
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in simple terms
- Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., TeamViewer) is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on qualifications and experience)
