Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies in machine learning
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Monitor performance of deployed models and make necessary improvements
- Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and tools for data preprocessing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
