Job Title: Teamlead - Wiltz, Luxembourg



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve set goals and objectives
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and abilities
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create work schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Act as a point of contact between the team and upper management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement necessary changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in time management, organization, and multitasking
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred

Salary:
$1600 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for candidates of all nationalities.
