Moderator for Online Community (Wiltz, Luxembourg)



We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Moderator to join our growing online community in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for members of our community. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content within the online community
- Encourage and facilitate meaningful discussions and interactions among members
- Maintain community guidelines and ensure all users are following them
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to create engaging content and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Previous experience moderating an online community is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Wiltz, Luxembourg but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
