Civil Engineer - Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are in need of a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg on a contract basis. As a civil engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering principles and possess excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee construction of infrastructure projects
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for proposed projects
- Conduct site investigations to gather information for project planning
- Perform calculations and analysis for proposed designs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
- Collaborate with other engineers and architects on project teams
- Manage contractors and subcontractors during construction phase
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide updates to stakeholders
- Conduct quality control checks on materials used in construction
- Prepare progress reports for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a civil engineer
- Excellent knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, and practices
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with contract jobs is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
