Architectural Technologist
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg
Salary: $1100 per month (dependent on experience)


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of buildings, from concept to completion. This role requires strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project planning
- Assist with project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure construction is executed according to plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Luxembourg or neighboring countries
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Bilingual proficiency (French/German) is a plus
