As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office buildings, shopping centers, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements. Your duties will include preparing detailed drawings, cost estimates, and project timelines, as well as managing construction teams and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. You should also possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create accurate cost estimates and project timelines
- Manage construction teams and oversee the building process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
