Architecture Manager (Wiltz, Luxembourg)

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire architectural design process from concept development to project completion
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate design solutions
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Ensure that projects adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans
- Review and approve project invoices and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
