Senior Architect


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Wiltz. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, from commercial buildings to residential homes. You will use your expertise to create functional and aesthetic designs that meet the clients' needs while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the entire construction process, from conceptualization to completion
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects stay within budget and timeline
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plan

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years experience as an Architect, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
