Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Wiltz. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects. Your expertise in architectural software and strong project management skills will be crucial in ensuring successful completion of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for building projects
- Create detailed design plans, including blueprints, 3D models, and technical drawings
- Oversee construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided.
