IT Manager



The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of the company's systems.
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure timely resolution of any IT-related problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, developments, and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
