Teamlead for Student Accommodation in Dickirch


We are seeking a responsible and organized Teamlead for our student accommodation in Dickirch. As Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation and ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our students. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the student accommodation, including maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Manage a team of staff members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure all facilities are properly maintained and any issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards
- Handle any student concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, occupancy rates, and student feedback
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the accommodation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and basic maintenance procedures
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
