Part-Time Teamlead
Our company in Dickirch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Teamlead to join our team. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the team
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates on team progress and any issues that may arise
- Ensure all team members are adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the company

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with potential for occasional overtime when needed
