Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a part-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of various projects within our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor and track progress of projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with project team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
- Coordinate resources and manage schedules to meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure deliverables meet company standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager or similar role is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in project management software/tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position offering 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible based on your availability.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on your experience and qualifications.

Location:
This role is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate should have the legal right to work in Luxembourg without sponsorship.
