Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant for our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assisting customers with order placement, payment processing, and shipping inquiries
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
