Job Title: Facade Engineer


As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and constructing the exterior surfaces of buildings. You will work closely with architects and construction teams to create aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound facades that are also energy efficient and cost-effective.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze building plans and specifications to determine the best facade design
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Collaborate with architects to ensure that the facade design meets their vision
- Work with construction teams to ensure that the facade is constructed according to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to inspect the progress of facade construction
- Perform structural analysis on facade components to ensure they can withstand wind, gravity, and seismic forces
- Consider environmental factors such as sun exposure, ventilation, and thermal performance in facade design
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and innovations in facade materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade engineering or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed drawings and models
- Strong understanding of building materials, structural analysis, and building codes/regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems or issues with designs
- Good communication skills for collaborating with architects, construction teams, and clients

Location:
This position is located in Dickirch, a picturesque city known for its historical architecture. While not required, preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Dickirch or willing to relocate.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
