Plasterboard Worker


We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Dickirch. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard and drywall in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard using screws or nails
- Apply joint compound and tape to seal seams between sheets of plasterboard
- Smooth out joints and imperfections using sandpaper or other tools
- Repair damaged plasterboard by replacing sections or applying patches
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure project specifications are met
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with plasterboard or drywall is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing ladders
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboard
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in the trade such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Biometric passport (if non-national)
- Valid work permit (if non-national)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.
