Finisher - Metal Finishing Specialist



We are in need of a skilled Finisher - Metal Finishing Specialist to join our team in Dickirch. The ideal candidate should have experience in metal finishing techniques, including sanding, buffing, polishing, and painting. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for producing high-quality finishes on metal products according to specific design and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces for finishing by performing tasks such as grinding, sanding, and cleaning
- Apply various surface treatments and finishes to metal products using techniques such as plating, anodizing, and powder coating
- Use hand tools and equipment to achieve desired finish on metal products
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the finishing process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in a metal fabrication environment
- In-depth knowledge of different metal finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read design specifications and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
