Locksmith Apprentice



The Locksmith Apprentice will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of locks and security systems in various commercial and residential settings. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with no previous experience in locksmithing, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of new locks and security systems
- Help troubleshoot and repair existing locks and security systems
- Cut new or duplicate keys using key-cutting equipment
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in locksmith technology and techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required for emergency call-outs on evenings or weekends.
