Junior Architectural Technologist

We are hiring a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch! As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our senior architectural team to assist with the design and construction of buildings. Your main responsibilities will include creating architectural drawings and models, conducting site visits and surveys, and providing support during all stages of the design process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in all stages of the design process, from concept development to construction documentation
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD software
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp or other architectural software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Provide support during construction by reviewing drawings, answering questions, and addressing any issues that arise

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch, a charming city known for its historic architecture, located just 20 minutes from Luxembourg City. While accommodation is not provided by the company, we can assist in finding suitable housing options in the area.
