Job Title: Industrial Architect


We are in need of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main focus will be on creating functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with project management and budgeting. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other team members. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for candidates of all nationalities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans
- Review building code requirements and obtain necessary permits
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed throughout the project
- Collaborate with team members on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg.
