Architecture Manager



We are hiring an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our architectural projects in Dickirch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of architects
- Develop project plans, budgets and timelines
- Oversee the design process, from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards
- Review and approve architectural designs
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
