Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Bayan. As an Indian-owned company, we are looking for a professional who shares our cultural values and has a strong understanding of the construction industry in India. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on construction. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Communicate progress updates and any issues or risks to project stakeholders regularly
- Ensure all safety regulations and standards are met on job sites
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets expected standards
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
