Construction Manager - Bayan, Kuwait



Our company, a leading construction firm in Bayan, Kuwait, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from start to finish and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Supervise and manage site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality work and adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on-site
- Develop project plans and schedules in coordination with the project team
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
