Instrument Technician


We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various types of instruments used in industrial and manufacturing settings. This includes but is not limited to electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical instruments.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect instruments for defects and malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Document all maintenance and repairs performed on instruments
- Follow safety standards and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Diploma or certificate in Instrumentation or a related field
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation systems and equipment
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Ability to read technical manuals and understand schematics
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in confined spaces if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
