Architectural Technologist - Vianden, Luxembourg



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of various architectural projects in Vianden, Luxembourg. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop technical drawings, building plans, and specifications. Your role will also involve utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 3D models and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design plans and specifications
- Create technical drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
- Develop 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Additional benefits may include visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.

Location:
This position is located in Vianden, Luxembourg. Candidates who are already based in Luxembourg or have a valid work permit will be given preference.
