Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring that our designs meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all designs meet client requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following design plans
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Hire and train staff as needed to support project workload

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. This is a full-time position with standard working hours. We do not provide accommodation but can assist with finding suitable housing options. We also offer a free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
