We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, France on a contract basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure effective project delivery
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with project goals
- Conduct site visits and provide technical expertise for project planning
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor budget and schedule to ensure projects are completed within allotted resources
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and schedule constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
