We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe operation of the equipment while completing assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to job requirements
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to supervisors immediately
- Keep track of materials used and work completed for accurate record keeping

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Valid operator's license for the specific equipment being operated (e.g. bulldozer, excavator)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately

We offer competitive pay based on experience, with a starting salary of $1200 per month. This is a part-time position, with flexible hours depending on project needs. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own visa status allowing them to work in Canada.
