Commercial Architect


We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping centers, hotels, and restaurants. Your main goal will be to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their commercial building requirements and understand their vision.
- Develop design concepts and plans that align with the client's budget and preferences.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is executed according to the plans and specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to designs to accommodate changes or challenges during construction.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven work experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly both verbally and visually.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who prefer living close to work.
