We are in search of a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a busy café in the bustling city of Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to menu specifications
- Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and maintaining equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter and work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and quality
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food/beverage industry
- Formal barista training or certification
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
