Florist Assistant


We are seeking a talented and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. As a Florist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our experienced florists to help design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per month, and it does not require any previous experience in the field. We will provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates, but accommodation will not be provided. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for flowers and are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the florists in preparing and arranging flower bouquets, baskets, wreaths, and other floral decorations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide them with recommendations on suitable floral designs.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders for new supplies when needed.
- Help with deliveries to customers or events as required.
- Learn about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create various styles of arrangements.
- Take part in training sessions to improve your skills in floral design.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- A friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
- Creativity and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to learn from experienced florists.
