Indian Sales Manager in Hawalli
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Indian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and train a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- Willingness to travel within Kuwait if required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
